Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to eligible destinations within the United States available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required. We currently ship only within the United States.

Production and dispatch

Our products are made to order. Orders are normally produced and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

This timeframe covers production and dispatch. It does not mean your order will arrive within 3–5 business days.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Our products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no additional standard shipping charge.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated shipping estimate when available, and explain your options to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. Where required, we will obtain your consent before proceeding with a delayed shipment.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after production or shipping begins.

If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or has a delivery problem, contact support@dovetailtradingcompany.com or use our website’s contact form. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
